Other names are 5-cytidylic acid; 5-CMP;cytidine-5-monophosphate. Uniformity white crystalline powder. Melting point is 233. HPLC and UV  content is not less than 98%. No other nucleotides can be detected in the product. It can be used as pharmaceutical intermediates.It can be used to prepare cyclic-CMP, cytidine triphosphate, arabinocytidine, citicoline.It is also added into infant formula to enhance the babys immunity.
